Product Description: Great Choice Brand Marinara Sauce #10

Style Description: Marinara sauce is made from round or pear tomatoes that have been washed and inspected prior to being chopped, strained and evaporated. A special blend of seasonings is added to obtain the characteristic flavor of a moderately spiced sauce.
The product is hot filled to ensure commercial sterility then cooled prior to stacking.
Ingredient Statement: Vine – ripened fresh tomatoes, onions, blend of sunflower and extra virgin olive oil, salt, wine, carrot puree, garlic, hydrolyzed corn and soy proteins, maltodextrin (corn), sugar, corn oil, natural flavor, autolyzed yeast extract, carmel color, spice extractive, basil, black pepper and naturally derived citric acid. “Contains soy”.

Consistency: The consistency, as measured by the Bostwick consistometer, will range from 3.0 to 7.0 cm at 68°F, for 30 seconds.
